As an Assistant Property Manager
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the storage facility operations
- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized storage facility
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and stock
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Assist customers with their storage needs and provide recommendations
- Process rental agreements, payments, and other administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Self Storage and/or Rv/ Boat Storage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating storage fees
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Familiar with Sitelink Software
-Experience with collections
