Position Overview
As a Digital Strategist at Raymour & Flanigan, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital marketing campaigns that captivate audiences and drive results. From crafting high-impact media plans to optimizing paid social and programmatic advertising, you'll be at the center of our digital growth strategy. Key Responsibilities
Media Buying & Planning
- Develop, execute, and manage media plans and creatives aligned with business goals and brand objectives.
- Assist in and manage media buys across key digital platforms, including paid social, display, and programmatic advertising.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for cost-efficiency, reach, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversions and sales.
- Manage paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat to drive brand awareness and conversions.
- Work closely with agency teams to plan and execute display, video, and native advertising campaigns via demand-side platforms (DSPs) and partnerships.
- Utilize A/B testing and audience segmentation to enhance performance, engagement, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with campaign goals and brand voice.
- Oversee trafficking of creative assets to ensure timely delivery and optimization for various ad formats and platforms.
- Ensure that creative materials align with campaign strategies and meet performance goals.
- Regularly analyze competitor ads for inspiration and to keep creative strategies fresh and engaging.
Agency Collaboration & Management
- Collaborate with external agency partners to manage and oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with Raymour & Flanigan's marketing objectives.
- Provide direction and feedback to agency teams, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns stay within budget while maintaining high-quality execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment in campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights based on key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, optimizations, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Use data and insights to refine strategies and drive better results across digital channels.
- Work closely with other departments, including the organic marketing team, creative, content, product management, web, and analytics teams, to ensure a holistic approach to digital marketing.
- Ensure digital media strategies are seamlessly integrated into larger marketing campaigns and broader brand initiatives.
- Support video trafficking as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in digital media buying, planning, and campaign management, with proven success in paid social and programmatic advertising.
- Hands-on experience with media buying platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, DSPs).
- Proven track record in creative development and trafficking, with a strong understanding of digital creative best practices.
- Experience managing agency relationships to execute campaigns effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting campaign data and using insights to drive performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns and priorities at once.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in retail or the furniture industry is a plus.

Compensation: Wage Range $1055 - $1440 Weekly
Salary : $1,055 - $1,440
