Seeking to immediately fill the position for a Construction Project Coordinator/Administrator to support the Sr. VP, Directors and the Real Estate and Construction Departments. Individual will be assisting with all jobs related needs while keeping communication open and moving between Engineering Firms, Permit Expediters and Contractors.

Essential Functions
- Prepares , Coordinates, and Maintains of a range of administrative duties [maintenance of project documentation, plans and reports]
- Create all contract documentation including Preferred Vendor Agreements, subcontract agreements, change orders & purchase orders
- Act as point of contact with contractors, sub- contractors and engineering firms
- Engineering and permit coordination
- Collect, Collate and Confirm that all project documents have been received and job close-out specifications are adhered to and prepared into one concise document
- Process vendor invoices and update cost sheets accordingly as needed
- Review, validate and process outside vendor expenses as needed
- Maintaining insurance compliance of contractors
- Scans and prints drawings
- Special projects as needed
- 3-5 years of proven working experience in Construction/Project Administration
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods a plus
- Working knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- AS / BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, business or related field preferred
- Experience with Autocadd highly preferred
