What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Guard (Full Time and Part Time positions available) position at Rays Baseball Club LLC?
Ray’s Security Guards are uniformed, forward-facing security representatives of a dynamic and diverse organization. Rays Guards perform the daily security program elements at Tropicana Field, Administrative Offices, and Al Lang Stadium. Rays Guards enhance the guest and employee experience by ensuring a safe and secure environment, patrolling stadium spaces and grounds, controlling access, and reporting issues of concern.
Duties:
- Control access at entry points
- Patrol stadium grounds, buildings and other assigned areas
- Monitor CCTV and other security technology
- Ensure security program requirements are achieved at your assigned fixed or mobile security post during your shift
- Coordinate with public safety officials when appropriate
- Complete reports, log activities, and other assigned administrative duties
- Assist with operational needs of the staff, stadium, and organization
- Provide courteous and friendly service to all employees and guests

Physical Demands and Environment:
- This position often requires standing and walking
- This position is generally located both indoors and outdoors
- Stadium events are often noisy and crowded
- This position is year-round, shift work including evening, overnight and weekend shifts
