Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Hoboken, New Jersey/Hybrid Duration: 6-12 Months Start Date: ASAP Rate: DOE
Required Skills:
At least 12 Years of experience as Scrum Master using Agile methodologies
Strong experience in project management and business analysis fundamentals.
Strong experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
Strong experience in reporting and analysis to program and customer leadership teams reflecting performance and lessons learned
Strong experience in Implements and supports principles, rules and processes
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for leading workshops and training sessions.
Maintains team data in project management software (i.e. JIRA and others) to support estimates and execution
Leads team effort in relentless improvement, defines and implements improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program
Certification Scrum Master is highly preferred
