We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for leading the Supervisor Team, mentoring, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing behavioral therapy to clients in various settings. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve.
Duties
- Mentor and lead Clinical Supervisors
- Train RBTS and assist with Fieldwork Experience
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, ensuring they are tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to promote positive behavior changes.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to coordinate care and support for clients.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on best practices in behavior management.
- Advocate for clients' needs within the community and provide resources for additional support.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.
- Experience with special education services is preferred.
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques and data collection methodologies.
- Familiarity with medical documentation processes and maintaining medical records.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
