Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement behavior intervention strategies effectively.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and families on behavior management techniques.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify specific behavioral challenges and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Stay current with best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Be the leader and mentor for the clinic under the direction of the Clinical Director
- Coordinate and train those working on Fieldwork Experience
