We are looking for a Director of Content Strategy who offers inventive thinking, self-motivation and the experience necessary to publish content to our clients' multi-channel platforms. You'll work cross-functionally with a team of Experience Designers, Content Curators, Creatives and Technology professionals.
In this role, you will:
- Groom existing audit/inventory documents and scale them with more satellite / microsites under specialty testing sub-brands
- Take over ownership on an initial taxonomy deliverable
- Develop content strategy inclusive of planning audience-centric content topics and user-friendly organization, messaging and TOV guidelines
- Develop content plans for website page types across the CEJ as needed
- Prepare comprehensive deliverable readouts (for c-level suite) that connects the dots between these content strategy deliverables and how to roadmap the future site experience with challenges like multiple audiences, business objectives for site and content gaps
- Create content migration plan, most likely a high-level point of view that still needs to be refined in the next project phase which will be detail design
- A person with consultative soft skills, can educate the client on how to apply content strategy to client's challenges
- Significant experience working on complex website redesigns, ideally combining multiple sites for multiple audiences into a single platform
- A content strategist with a mix of technical and marketing experience with a strong understanding of UX/UI, taxonomy, and site structure as well as planning content topics/buckets and developing audience-centric digital experiences
- Someone familiar with health care marketing sector and the audiences we are talking about would be great, particularly on the big pharma and provider side but not required
