Razz Construction Inc. is seeking a Contract Administrator with Heavy Civil/Highway and Public Works contract experience (preferred but not required). Razz Construction is a large civil construction company that has been in business for over 20 years. We perform projects in WA, ID and MT.
Job Description:
As the Contract Administrator you will assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contractual proposals/estimates relating to construction projects. The responsibilities are but not limited to the following: Preparing project bids to go for out for bidding, preparing subcontract documents and purchase orders, reports certified payroll weekly to project owners or the respected online software, secures all necessary signed contract and purchase order approvals and ensures that standard company procedures are followed.
The right candidate should have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction industry. You will also need to rely on specific instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Must be detail oriented, a self-starter, be able to work as a team or be self-motivated to stay on task with deadlines, a great communicator, and reliable.

The office for the Contract Administrator position is located in Post Falls, ID. But our main office is located in Bellingham, WA. Video and In Person interviews will be made available for the right candidates.
