We’re hiring a Head Cannabis Grower to lead our large-scale outdoor and greenhouse cultivation operation located in beautiful Omak, Washington.
About the Role:
This is a senior-level position for an individual with extensive cannabis cultivation experience — ideally managing 2,000 plants at a time. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant health, grow schedules, nutrient programs, IPM, and more. You must be confident in problem solving, leading a team, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience growing 2,000 cannabis plants (outdoor/greenhouse preferred)
- Strong understanding of plant biology, pest/disease management, and nutrient protocols
- Leadership and people management skills
- Ability to diagnose and fix issues quickly and efficiently
- Organized, reliable, and passionate about the plant
