QUALIFICATIONS *
This is a great entry level position.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO *
Cleaning plant containers, mixing soil substrate, filling containers, and cleaning fertigation tanks
Responsible for executing assigned tasks, projects, and expectations of the cultivation department in accordance with our mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
Working to maintain the health of plants by feeding and pruning throughout the growth cycle.
Working collectively and respectfully with other cultivation team members.
Maintain accurate documentations of executed tasks.
Maintain a level of cleanliness and organization.
Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork.
Additional duties as assigned.
REQUIRED
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage medium stress situations and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Throughout extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the workday. This is an active job.
Working safely in a warehouse setting.
Self-motivated.
Remain compliant with all legal and company regulations.
Ability to communicate through various formats including email and phone.
At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
Proper employment documentation.
Ability to get a MT DOR cannabis employment agent badge including a background check
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Able to commute to separate grow facilities, including on potentially snowy gravel driveways (AWD, 4x4 or studded tires recommended).
Able to work occasional weekends or holidays but primarily Mon-Fri
Job is 5 days/week 40hr. Hours of work will be between 8am and 5pm.
DESIRABLE
Experience and knowledge in horticulture and/or agriculture.
Previous manufacturing/ laborer experience.
General tool, hardware, ladder, and maintenance/ building skills.
EDUCATION
Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
