What you will be doing :
Craft, organize, and track proposal documents with precision.
Prepare and review AIA Owner / Architect Agreements, Architect / Consultant agreements, and other legal documents.
Participate in or prepare responses to Requests for Proposal / Qualification.
Request, distribute, and manage certificates for projects.
Actively engage with clients and consultants, proactively following up to secure signed agreements and proposals.
Coordinate with the Marketing and Accounting staff related to project organization.
Maintain a well-structured electronic filing system.
Participate in the Marketing Committee, contributing to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional materials.
Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a sharp eye for proofing and editing to maintain the highest standards of grammar and clarity.
Experience you will need :
2 to 10 years of experience in proposal and contract documentation preparation, editing, and negotiation within architectural, interior design, engineering, and construction fields.
Experience with proposals and contracts, and background in the A / E / C industries.
Essential skills in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Experience with AIA Contract documents, Mac-based applications (Pages, Numbers, Keynote), Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, etc.), and Deltek Vision is highly beneficial.
Proactive multitasker who takes initiative, is self-motivated, versatile, and highly dependable.
