RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Family Law Attorney. Hybrid position in the Marietta, GA region. N o visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.
What You Will Be Doing :
Handling Family Law Cases : Manage a variety of family law matters, including divorces, custody disputes, alimony, and other related legal issues.
Client Interaction : Deliver high levels of client service, ensuring clear communication and guidance throughout the legal process.
Working Independently : Operate autonomously while handling your own cases, supported by the firm’s administrative, marketing, and back-office services.
Collaboration : Engage in a collaborative, collegial environment across multiple office locations.
Utilizing Cloud-Based Systems : Use the firm’s cloud-based platforms for case management, client communications, and legal documentation.
Hybrid Work Schedule : Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid role, working both remotely and attending office meetings as needed.
Experience You Will Need :
Minimum of 2 Years in Family Law : At least two years of experience specifically in family law, including divorces, custody, and related cases.
Strong Client Management : Proven ability to effectively manage client relationships, offering a high standard of service.
Ability to Work Independently : Must be comfortable managing cases with minimal supervision while maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues.
Familiarity with Legal Technology : Experience with cloud-based case management systems and online communication tools.
Lead Conversion & Caseload Building : For newer attorneys, experience in converting leads into retainers and managing a growing caseload with support from the firm.
