What You Will Be Doing :
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
Coordinate with internal departments to align project requirements and execution.
Review reports for data inconsistencies and address them in client and county reports.
Track project progress and ensure goals are met within established timelines.
Assist in drafting Letters of Engagement and addressing field technician inquiries.
Manage client expectations and troubleshoot any project-related issues.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning as needed.
Experience You Will Need :
Preferred experience in Engineering in Training (EIT) or Construction Management.
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Willingness to help grow the team and business.
Ability to manage time effectively and maintain punctual attendance.
Attention to detail in handling both soft and hard copies of project documents.
Requirements :
ACI Field Testing Technician Grade I certification.
ICC Reinforced Concrete certification.
Knowledge of construction practices and material testing.
