What you will be doing :

  • Handle general litigation cases in state and federal courts.
  • Focus on insurance defense, civil rights defense, municipal, and commercial litigation.
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation skills.
  • Conduct thorough legal writing and research.
  • Organize case files and manage legal documents effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members while developing individual practice.

    • Experience you will need :

  • Juris Doctor degree and admission to state and federal courts.
  • 3 to 5 years of general litigation experience.
  • Experience in insurance defense, civil rights defense, or municipal and commercial litigation preferred.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Outstanding references.

    • Salary : $100,000 - $150,000 / year
