What you will be doing :
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and other commercial conflicts.
- Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Participate in court appearances, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and provide counsel to clients.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships by providing high-quality legal support and advice.
Experience you will need :
Salary : $90,000 - $140,000 / year
