What you will be doing :
Develop and oversee the performance marketing strategy, managing a team of marketing professionals and freelancers.
Create and manage Google Ad campaigns (SEM).
Build and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns (social media advertising).
Drive SEO efforts to achieve top organic search rankings.
Regularly review and refine advertising campaigns to maintain positive ROAS.
Manage paid listings on third-party websites and media partners.
Develop and implement email marketing and automation strategies, including EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, and loyalty campaigns.
Track and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and channels, providing actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
Perform regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A / B tests and user feedback initiatives to improve results across digital channels and assets.
