Activities & Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience.
- Assess staffing needs and recruit staff.
- Schedule staff hours and assign duties.
- Order and purchase equipment and supplies.
- Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel.
- Continually strive to develop staff in all areas of development.
- Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service.
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
- Ensure that all policies, procedures, standards, and training programs are followed and completed on a timely basis.
- Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance.
- Review financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement.
