Position Overview
Rack & Riddle Custom Wine Services, the #1 custom sparkling wine producer in the United States, is seeking to add a Cellar Tech I to our team.
The Cellar Tech I is responsible for supporting the cellar staff day-to-day activities such as: upkeep of cellar cleanliness and organizing cellar supplies. Longer working hours during harvest season are required. Other ancillary tasks and projects will be provided on an as needed basis.
Essential Responsibilities
- Pump-overs and punch-downs.
- Removing pomace from tanks.
- Barrel filling, topping and stirring.
- Available to work on production bottling lines area as need.
- Tank and equipment sanitation.
- Assist other cellar workers with tasks as assigned.
- Other tasks, in any department, as assigned by Management.
