Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lake Forest, IL for a Client Associate. The Client Associate will assist financial advisors in providing a broad range of services to clients, including managing client accounts, preparing and processing documents, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role includes maintaining and updating client records, scheduling appointments, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and financial software
