Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) is seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a Clinician I/II, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical services to clients, including intake, assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and providing prevention services.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field, with considerable experience working with clients with behavioral health disorders and substance use disorders. A licensed mental health professional is required, with qualifications such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health and substance use disorder assessments
- Develop and implement individualized service plans
- Coordinate case management services and link clients to community resources
- Provide crisis intervention and prevention services
- Document client information and monitor compliance with regulatory standards
