Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled licensed professional to provide PRN Outpatient Psychotherapy services. Therapy services will be provided on Saturdays with a caseload of 4-8 individuals via our telehealth platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts mental health and substance use assessments and monitors level of functioning.
- Provides individual and family therapy, outreach/reminder phone calls for outpatient caseload.
- Documents and charts information in the Electronic Health Record about assessments, individual service plans, progress notes, treatment reviews, discharge summaries, and other client-related data.
- Monitors and audits clinical and medical records and practices for compliance with regulatory, reimbursement, and agency standards.
Requirements:
- Current VA license as LCSW, LPC, LCP or LMFT with an advanced degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
- At least two years post-graduate experience in service delivery with children and/or adults experiencing mental health needs.
- Experience providing Outpatient Therapy services.
