Job Description
As a Production Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring goods are produced smoothly and timely.
- Coordinate Production Workflow: Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Resource Management: Determine the manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to meet production demands.
- Monitor Production: Ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget, addressing any issues that arise to minimize disruptions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with quality control, warehouse, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, operations management or related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a production planner with knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MRP II (Manufacturing Resource Planning), MS Office, and ERP systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication abilities.
