In this role, you will:
Work closely with the Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring project milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as calendar management, creating meeting agendas, transcribing meeting notes and reporting meeting minutes.
- Support the coordination and management of projects.
- Assist with communication with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.
- Participate in project status meetings.
Qualifications that matter most to us:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years experience in a Project Coordinator role within an engineering setting. (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to create and present PowerPoint presentations.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be obsessed about accuracy!
