RBR-Technologies is seeking a Systems Administrator to support one of our customers in Maryland. RESPONSIBILITIES
- What You'll Do as a System Administrator :
- Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, with a focus on hands-on PKI (Public Key Infrastructure).
- Manage the daily operations of IT systems, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.
- Support diverse IT systems, including client / server, storage, network devices, and mobile platforms.
- Optimize system operations, perform capacity planning, and implement system enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal customers to provide detailed feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
- Configure and manage UNIX, Windows, and other operating systems, ensuring network integrity and operational excellence.
