A large international CRO has an important oncology biotech client in Massachusetts and they require an highly experienced Project Management Consultant to work with the CMO to move a key asset from pre-clinical into FIH/Phase I - 3.
Key Duties:
- Manage project lifecycle from preclinical to clinical trials and regulatory submission.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Identify and mitigate risks.
- Monitor performance and report to leadership.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10-12 years of project management experience in biopharma, with 5 years in oncology.
- Proven track record in managing complex oncology projects.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Proficient in project management tools; PMP certification preferred.
