The RC Health Services EMS Academy is one of the largest EMS Academies in the country. We pride ourselves on offering various solutions for those seeking to enter the healthcare world. Our EMT Students can obtain their EMT certification in 3 different ways: Online, Hybrid, and Traditional. We are seeking an Admissions Representative to be able to assist potential students in signing up for the course, and provide information regarding the program.

Role:
The Admissions Representative is responsible for responding to inquiries through our CRM. They will assist in answering questions that potential students may have regarding the program guiding them through the enrollment process and ultimately enrolling interested students.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming enrollment related phone calls.
- Build rapport through communication and assist potential students through the enrollment process.
- Provide prospective students with the necessary information regarding the RC Health Services EMS Program.
- Respond to inquiries by calling or emailing prospective students to offer assistance and support throughout the enrollment process.
- Remain knowledgeable on RCHS programs and discuss various options to potential students.
- Maintain effective flow of communication with potential students through email, phone, and follow up procedures.
- Know and achieve enrollment activity goals on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain an accurate log of communication with potential students.
- Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating process or trend information to management.
- Participate in training on all systems, sales techniques, and applicable areas of EMS-related knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Have experience in an office setting.
- Have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Have the ability to work independently or as part of a team on assigned tasks.
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma.
- 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience.
- Ability to meet call volume targets.
- Contributes positively to a collaborative and team based work environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Positive, personable, and flexible.
- Ability to work with clients of various diverse backgrounds.
