Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team at RCA Electric & Generators. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our workforce by managing talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent for various positions within the company.
- Manage and oversee the company’s payroll system, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees.
- Review and process payroll data, including hours worked, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of payroll records and employee compensation information.
- Implement effective talent management strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee evaluations and develop training programs to support professional growth.
- Lead change management initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including FMLA requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruiting, talent management, and employee evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to manage change and implement new HR programs successfully.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and program management principles.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
