POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting the mortgage loan originators with administrative lending and clerical duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
High school diploma or GED required.

This position is in an office environment within a climate-controlled facility. There is frequent use of the telephone, computer and other office equipment associated with this position, as well as significant face-to-face interaction with the public. Individuals in this position are typically seated at their personal desk for the majority of the day.

The individual must be capable of working harmoniously with diverse personalities of co-workers, staff and customers. Title: Mortgage Loan Production Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting the mortgage loan originators with administrative lending and clerical duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Reviews initial mortgage loan disclosures prior to delivery to borrower.
- Requests abstracting, appraisals, tax transcripts and other documents necessary for loan processing.
- Obtains VA/FHA Case Numbers as necessary.
- Organizes loans for loan processing.
- Answers phone calls and e-mails as necessary.
- Assists processors and other operations staff as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- One (1) year of experience with real estate loans preferred.
- Experience with Encompass preferred.
- Financial organization skills and financial information understanding.
- Experience with Conventional/FHA/VA/RD loans and/or other secondary market functions preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.

- Ability to pay close attention to detail and manage detailed tasks/projects with accuracy while meeting strict deadlines.
