Office Administrator (to include Talent Recruiting)
Reports To:
President, RCF Commercial Cleaning, LLC
Basic Function:
Perform duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation, requiring knowledge of office systems and procedures. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual establishments and may include a combination of answering telephones, typing of word processing, office machine operation, and filing.
Talent recruiting duties include reviewing candidate applications and scheduling interviews to select the most appropriate for detailedjob descriptions.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
2. Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
3. Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, , or explain information, take orders, and address client requests or complaints.
4. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
5. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
6. Maintain, process and update on-board hiring paperwork (to include tax forms).
7. Schedule and manage company’s employee orientation program.
8. Maintain confidentiality of data as required.
9. Perform other functions as required.
Education – Experience Required:
1. High School diploma, or General Educational Development (GED) completion.
2. Have basic knowledge of employment laws, benefits, and payroll laws.
3. Successfully completes assignments/tasks/projects on time and identifies need to follow up without direction.
4. Maintains confidentiality and high ethical standards.
5. Earns and maintains trust and confidence of business owners, management, and employees.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Apps.
7. Qualified to conduct a complete and thorough investigation of alleged violations of company policy and successfully resolve conflict.
8. Coaching and advisory skills based on human resources knowledge and experience which translate into successful issue resolution.
9. Professional written/oral communication skills.
10. Positively interacts with any level of employee.
Work Experience:
Applicants should demonstrate an understanding of office administration procedures and have had hands-on experience with clerical and office procedures; position may require understanding of commercial cleaning and janitorial experience. Previous employment as an administrative assistant preferred, but not required.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
