Job duties:
- Oversee daily operations at the center in all non-clinical areas
- Oversee center-based therapists/technicians' performance scorecards.
- Provide reward systems and reinforcers to help drive center-based therapists/technicians' high performance.
- Provide disciplinary actions when center-based therapists/technicians underperform in non-clinical areas.
- Support clinical supervisors in the write-up of performance evaluations for all center-based therapists/technicians.
- Support the Operations Supervisor with the coordination of all Saturday therapy, including Life Prep.
- Support the Operations Supervisor in managing the substitute process for all center-based therapists/technicians.
- Coordinate new center-based admissions with the assigned clinical leader.
- Develop the weekly transportation schedule. Communicate all updates to the team and client families.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain processes of keeping a safe and clean environment.
- Work directly with the Operations Team to develop, disseminate, and facilitate transportation for clients.
- Model and maintain positive client interactions and work environment.
- Conduct one-on-one instruction to teach clients new skills in a variety of environments
- Provide daily direct service to clients as needed.
- Schedule and cover team members' lunch breaks as needed.
- Help to create and compile materials for needed areas/programs/tasks in collaboration with the clinical supervisors.
- Coordinates and participates in the completion of all cleaning and classroom assignments daily.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Have at least 1 year of ABA experience providing direct ABA services to clients
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (or ability to acquire RBT within 90 days of employment)
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve minor to complex problems
- Agile, flexible, and solution-driven
- History of consistently reporting to work and on time
- Good driving record
