JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant (Private Equity)
SCHEDULE: Fulltime (M-F) (part-time may be available) / Occasion remote work is available after initial training and part-time hours during the summer
EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate would have 2-6 years of experience working in a professional environment medium to large corporate/financial entity, including interaction with executive and upper-level management.
SUMMARY: RCI Capital Partners (“RCI”) is a member-owned investment group, consisting of approximately 50 members who are also members of the Ocean Reef Club. RCI’s office is located at Ocean Reef (Northern Key Largo), however, there is no direct affiliation with the club. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide office support to the
Managing Partner. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and will be well-organized, professional, and willing to learn.
COMPENSATION: $55,000 plus Discretionary Bonus Potential

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
- Calendar management of internal and external meetings, conferences, and calls
- Organize investment files for all portfolio companies and potential deals
- Assemble and print meeting agendas and hand-outs, and take meeting minutes as necessary
- Coordinate bill payments for office expenses
- Prepare distribution schedules (based on funds received from portfolio companies) and corresponding checks
- Prepare wire transfers and bank deposits
- Work closely with company accountant and outside tax advisors in coordinating the information gathering for yearly tax filings and delivery to members
- Maintain the investment management software (BackStop Solutions)
- Ongoing ad hoc projects, assignments and requests
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up
- Knowledge of MS Office - PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Maintains sensitivity to confidential matters
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interested in developing and furthering knowledge of financial markets and client management skills, particularly in private markets
- Basic tax and accounting skills are a plus and may help to grow faster and gain greater responsibilities
- A self-directed person with the ability to manage tasks effectively and complete them within demanding timelines, willing to be accountable for areas of responsibility, and flexible to take on new responsibilities and ad hoc tasks
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree or comparable number of years' experience
