About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and resourceful Operational Assistant to support a fast-paced entrepreneur overseeing multiple companies in real estate development, HVAC, and construction.
This is not your typical assistant role—this position is designed for someone who thrives on variety, handles pressure well, and can keep multiple priorities moving forward with precision. You will serve as a true right-hand, helping manage daily operations, communication, scheduling, project follow-ups, and a mix of business and personal tasks. Your ability to anticipate needs, stay five steps ahead, and take initiative will be critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate a fast-moving calendar across multiple companies
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications when needed
- Track and follow up on key business tasks, timelines, and project deliverables
- Able to help manage social media
- Assist with analyzing data for marketing channels for google, Facebook and others.
- Assist with both business-related and occasional personal errands/tasks
- Prepare summaries, notes, and action items from meetings and recordings
- Help organize CRM, task management tools, and internal communication systems
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a strong sense of discretion at all times
- Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects
