The Position
We are seeking an Plumbing or HVAC Project Manager to join our commercial team and lead projects from start to finish. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards . You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results while maintaining safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans , including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates.
- Coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and engineers, to ensure tasks are delegated effectively and deadlines are met.
- Monitor project budgets , track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality.
- Ensure all installations and services comply with industry standards, local regulations, and client specifications .
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed for project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation , including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Enforce strict safety protocols , ensuring all activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices.
- Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
