ABOUT RCLCO
Since 1967, RCLCO Real Estate Consulting has been the "first call" for real estate developers, investors, public institutions, and non-real estate companies seeking strategic and tactical advice regarding property investment, planning, and development. RCLCO leverages quantitative analytics and a strategic planning framework to provide end-to-end business planning and implementation solutions at the entity, portfolio, or project level. RCLCO's three practice groups are Real Estate Economics, Fund Advisory, and Management Consulting.
A key component of RCLCO's Management Consulting Practice is the Talent Advisory Platform, in which the team's consultants assist real estate owners, operators, and investors with human capital-oriented solutions. Client engagements within Talent Advisory include:
The Executive Search team represents real estate clients across all sectors of the industry, including multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and land development. Clients are most often developers, owners, and operators of real estate, including privately-owned companies, REITs, investment managers, family offices, and non-profits. Search assignments focus on leadership-level positions with a specific real estate focus, including individuals in the executive office, development, acquisitions, finance, capital markets, construction, asset management, portfolio management, and property management. Our Executive Search engagements often lead to, or evolve from, other work at the firm, such as strategic planning, compensation analysis, or market studies. The Executive Search team collaborates closely with other specialists at the firm, and the interrelated nature of our engagements provides an even deeper understanding of our clients.
RCLCO is headquartered in Washington, D.C. with offices in Los Angeles, Austin, Orlando, Denver, and New York City. The team comes from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines, though everyone shares a deep interest in the built environment.

Each engagement provides the opportunity to peel back the layers of an organization and help clients make strategic hires who can significantly impact a company's performance, portfolio, and culture.
Key responsibilities include:
Our team enjoys a hybrid work model (3 days in office each week), continued variety in project work, strong training and professional development support, a close-knit culture built on intellectual curiosity and collaboration, and a robust benefits package, which includes: employee healthcare that is 100% paid by the employer (including dental and vision), annual employer contribution to 401(k), parking/commuting benefits, cell phone stipend, professional development, paid time off, wellness days, employee resource groups, family planning and fertility benefits, parental leave, back-up care (childcare, pet care, senior care), paid time off to volunteer, an annual companywide retreat, in-office lunches and events, and more.
