This is a full-time, onsite role working closely with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Leaders in Human Resources and Payroll to support the implementation of Workday and transition into ongoing system administration and optimization.

Workday Administrator Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of Workday, working closely with the CIO and project stakeholders.
- Transition into a lead administrative role following go-live, maintaining system integrity and supporting users.
- Collaborate with senior-level HR and Payroll teams to optimize workflows and support system enhancements.
- Manage configuration changes, report writing, user security, and overall system administration within Workday.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; serve as a liaison with Workday support as needed.
- Train end-users and develop documentation to support effective Workday use across the organization.
- Minimum of 3 years of Workday experience required.
- Experience supporting Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or other modules is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Workday system administration, report writing, and business process configuration.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., Workday certifications) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
