We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our B2B sales efforts in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Medical Billing space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales, a deep understanding of RCM services, and a proven track record of building strategic partnerships with healthcare providers.
This role is pivotal in driving the company’s growth by acquiring new clients, optimizing the sales process, and building a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share in the healthcare/RCM space.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with medical practices, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
- Build and manage a high-performing B2B sales team, providing coaching, support, and performance management.
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and lead-generation efforts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, compliance changes, and competitor activity in the RCM and healthcare technology space.
- Track and report on sales KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline metrics to executive leadership.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Qualifications
- 7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or executive role in healthcare, RCM, or medical billing.
- Deep understanding of revenue cycle management, including billing, coding, claims processing, and payer reimbursement.
- Proven ability to build and lead sales teams, drive strategy, and meet or exceed ambitious sales goals.
- Strong network within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with EMR/EHR tools (e.g., E-clinical Works, Epic, Cerner) and sales analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field related to medical is a plus..
