RCP Construction is a mid-sized commercial construction company located in El Dorado Hills and building projects in the Greater Sacramento region and the SF Bay Area. We are currently seeking a Project Manager. The Project Manager will lead the project team throughout construction of the entire project. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with RCP employees, vendors, subcontractors and project owners.
Responsibilities:
- Create and monitor project budgets
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Manage owner and subcontractor change orders
- Create and update master project schedule
- Provide weekly updates to ownership groups
- Manage RFI and submittal process
- Partner with Project Superintendent in development of a project site logistics plan
- Process owner pay applications and approve subcontractor billings
- Monitor project costs and prepare job cost reports
- Review and approve material, and equipment needs
- Assist Estimating in bidding projects
- Lead the project’s quality control program
- Lead project close-out processes
- Assist in implementation of all applicable Safety Programs
This role requires:
- Minimum of eight years’ experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor
- Three references from managers or coworkers of a prior GC employer
- Experience with Procore or other similar project management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products
- Construction Management Degree (preferred but NOT required)

Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
