We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Consultant to join our thriving HR Consulting team. This role is a remote position, but it does require up to 25% travel to support a key client. We are seeking candidates based in the west coast, you will be required to work PST hours to support our client. Experience providing HR support in the government contracting industry is highly desirable. We are particularly seeking candidates with a background in an HR Business Partner role, where you have acted as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, with a strong focus on employee relations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Company Policy and Procedure Management : Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance within client organizations, addressing legislative changes and industry-specific requirements.
- Client Interface : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored HR solutions and proactive advice.
- HR Strategy and Policy Development : Leverage deep knowledge of HR best practices and regulations to help clients implement effective HR strategies and policies aligned with their organizational goals.
- Employee Relations : Provide expert guidance to resolve complex employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, navigating sensitive matters with professionalism.
- Project Management : Lead and contribute to HR projects, including restructuring, performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration : Oversee payroll processes and collaborate with clients to administer competitive benefits packages, ensuring employee satisfaction and compliance.
- HR Coordinator Tasks : Depending on client size, oversee administrative HR duties to ensure smooth operations.
