We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation operations for our Commercial Moving & Warehousing company. Duties

Coordinate daily transportation activities, including scheduling trucks
Utilize GPS system to track assets, analyze data, and generate reports.
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries.
Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control.
Collaborate with team members to optimize supply chain operations and improve overall efficiency.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in logistics processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in transportation management or logistics is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices is a plus.
