The Scheduling Assistant is responsible for assisting the production supervisors/manager handling day to day administrative tasks. Monitoring assembly and master schedules planning and performing production related activities.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Education/Experience
High School Diploma/GED
Prior experience with scheduling

Printing shop floor packets for hand assembly
Coordinating assembly schedules with Master scheduler
Printing labels
Ensuring parts and subassemblies are available for daily build schedule
Entering work orders in Mattec
Serves as a backup for Lead Production Scheduler

Must have attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-motivation, attention to detail and be able to manage multiple projects.
Excellent coordination skills and the ability to prioritize things is essential.
