Job Title : Senior Human Resources Generalist.
Reports To : Controller.
Summary :
Responsible for managing HR functions including recruitment, training, employee relations, and benefits. The successful candidate is very knowledgeable about federal, state and local HR laws and regulations. Possesses excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Overall, brings practical experience, HR certifications and professional knowledge.
Job responsibilities :
- Conduct recruitment and employee selection and onboarding in line with company policies and objectives.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Review employee handbook annually and conduct employee training.
- Participate in the safety committee. Maintain OSHA reporting requirements
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance to supervisors and managers on employee issues.
- Plan and coordinate company events.
- Managing employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
- Ensuring legal compliance with state, federal and local laws.
- Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving within the workforce.
- Providing expertise in areas such as compensation, labor relations, and performance management.
- Manage employee performance and develop effective performance management strategies.
- Provide training and development programs for employees following ISO 9001 and AS 9100 quality management system requirements.
- Deliver high-quality employee benefits programs including payroll, benefits, training and portals that meet the needs of all employees.
- Maintain HR information systems and keep personnel records up to date.
- Assist and advise management and employees on HR related matters.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
Requirements :
Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
