RdF Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Worker for our manufacturing facility in Hudson, NH.
Responsibilities of Maintenance Worker:
- Maintaining grounds including trimming, edging, mowing, tree removal, shoveling, plowing, clearing walkways.
- Machinery and equipment preventive maintenance and repair.
- Building maintenance including general carpentry- wall construction, painting, flooring.
- Property maintenance of residential units.
- Responsible for other miscellaneous projects as required by management.
Requirements of Maintenance Worker:
- Hands-on experience with HVAC required.
- Electrical and plumbing knowledge preferred.
- Must be able to travel between multiple locations in southern New Hampshire and greater Boston area. Must have a valid driver's license.
- This position involves physical labor. Applicants must be able to pass a drug test and physical.
- Successful candidates are flexible, energetic team-players with a can-do attitude.
Position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with benefits after 90 days.
Desirable 9/80 shift with alternating Fridays off.
