We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This role can be either part-time or full-time, based on the candidate’s availability and experience.
Job Summary:
The Office Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our real estate office, ensuring the team’s efficiency and success. This role involves a mix of administrative, marketing, and real estate-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and organizing files.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule appointments and handle office needs.
- Handle data input, follow-up emails, and general office correspondence.
- Real Estate Assistance:
- Assist with preparing real estate forms and contracts.
- Support team members with open houses and client meetings.
- Provide assistance with escrow and transaction coordination (experience preferred but not required).
- Marketing & Social Media:
- Create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and postcards, using design tools like Canva.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media content creation.
- Help manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Organize and assist with external events and promotional activities.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a real estate office is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate documents, forms, and contracts.
- Experience with escrow and transaction processes is a plus.
- Proficiency with design tools like Canva and other marketing platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and email campaign tools.
