Job Overview
Re-Bath is a fast growing, bathroom remodeling company. We need an Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist with excellent communication skills, experience, and the ability to handle not only receivable and payable responsibilities but also general clerical duties.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist to perform receivable and payable duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the collection of payments, performing payable duties, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and performing standard clerical duties. This role requires an understanding of accounting principles.
We are looking for an individual who can work with minimal direction, communicate effectively, and be highly organized.
Responsibilities
- Perform accounts receivable and payable duties.
- Processing of customer payments and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and develop strategies for collection.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve payment discrepancies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and i360 Salesforce for tracking payments and job progress.
Skills
- Proficient in accounting software with experience in QuickBooks preferred.
- Understanding of debits and credits.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Basic ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
- i360 (Salesforce) a plus but will train.
- Set up job folders and enter sold jobs in i360.
- Order office supplies and collateral materials as needed.
- General administrative tasks as assigned by GM.

Qualifications
Prior office experience required
Basic computer literacy
