Your Role in Our Vision
Seize the opportunity to enhance product quality in a role crucial to influencing sectors like aerospace and defense. Expect to apply advanced measurement technologies, such as CMMs, in developing innovative measurement strategies for intricate assemblies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous inspections and testing as per measurement plans; meticulously report outcomes.
- Liaise closely with engineering teams to share testing insights and results.
- Devise and improve CMM inspection programs for both new and existing components.
- Uphold stringent compliance with component standards and documentation requirements.
- Contribute to our culture of ongoing improvement.
Skills and Experience
- Secondary education or comparable experience required.
- Expertise in interpreting technical schematics and test procedures, with a strong grasp of geometric dimensioning & tolerancing.
- Industry experience in quality control, ideally 1-3 years.
- Familiarity with CMM tools like FARO or Hexagon is advantageous.
- Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO9001 standards preferred.
- ASQ Quality Inspector certification is a plus.
- Proficient in English and computer literate with skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
