What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Charge Bookkeeper and Office Manager position at RE Investment Holdings?
Privately owned real estate investment firm seeking an experienced person that has been in a property management environment AND has prior direct experience with QuickBooks. A minimum of 3 years working in the real estate industry preferred. The person will help manage and fulfil bookkeeping duties related to the real estate portfolio and related companies. The bookkeeping department is responsible for making sure all rents are collected and recorded, all bills paid promptly and managing the tenant relationships and the needs of the properties and tenants in accordance with the terms of the negotiated leases.
