What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at RE/MAX Advantage?
This job opportunity is for a front desk receptionist/office administrator. You will be handling all phone calls that come into the office, receiving clients who walk in, and handling our rentals department. You must be able to handle a 5 multi-line phone, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, basic internet skills, multitasking, money handling, and great customer service. You also be in charge of keeping the office clean and presentable to clients.
Responsibilities will include:
Rental Advertising
Lease signing & renewals
Rental Applications
Scheduling rental maintenance
Typing, filing, and scanning
Taking payments
Guest Hospitality
Skill Set Requirement:
Typing
multitasking
money handling
Working with new software
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
Basic Internet skill
Our hours are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Mon through Fri with some holidays off.
