Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the home-buying process.
- Conduct market research to find the best properties.
- Research property showings for potential homes.
- Assist clients with securing financing and mortgage options.
- Liaise with inspectors, appraisers, and closing attorneys.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.
- Advise on home valuations and current market trends.
- Provide post-purchase support and advice to buyers.
- Maintain communication and update clients regularly.
- Host open house events on weekends and twilights.
- Make calls daily to prospect and follow up from leads from open houses and events. We will train you.
- Stay plugged in regularly with RE/MAX Gold scheduled online training and in person meetings.
Qualifications
Must have an active California real estate license.

Must be coachable.

- Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.
