What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator, Accounts Receivable position at RE/MAX Holdings, Inc.?
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will process payments for all RE/MAX Holdings companies, including Global, Motto, franchise
income, CAD lockbox, and other miscellaneous payment across various payment
platforms. This role also involves performing daily credit card reconciliations.
Essential Duties:
·Ensure that daily applications are deposited, charged, and processed timely and
accurately, in accordance with internal control procedures.
·Process daily transfers and refunds promptly and accurately.
·Possess a thorough understanding of the entire AR process to effectively complete
daily Cash Receipts tasks (i.e., updating reconciliation reports, review/post batches,
and processing credit card settlements).
·Outstanding customer service and communication skills, capable of working
independently while contributing effectively in a team.
·Work closely with internal departments, such as Annual Dues, Billing, &
Membership, and Accounting, to effectively assist with payment requests.
·Adhere to a hybrid work schedule, working at least two days per week in the office.
Must be flexible based on deadlines and office needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
·A bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
·1-3 years’ experience in cash handling and/or payment processing preferred.
·Proficient computer skills including 10-key and Microsoft applications as well as
strong written/verbal skills.
Hire Range/Rate:
$44,000 - 50,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
